MyPath supports two-way SMS. This means that users with a two-way SMS number configured can send messages from MyPath and receive responses to those messages within the system. To enable this functionality for a user, the school must complete the Twilio Business Application and configure numbers for desired staff users. The guided walk-through below outlines how users can add/configure two-way SMS numbers for their staff.
